Under California's CCPA / CPRA and several similar state privacy laws, "sale" includes monetary AND non-monetary exchanges of personal information for advertising or analytics purposes. "Share" specifically covers cross-context behavioral advertising.
Our platform exists to operate one estate-management business for its clients. It is not an advertising network. We have no advertising partners, no analytics partners that receive identified data, no audience-segmentation partners, no data brokers in our supply chain. The information you provide goes to the Summit Estate Management team for the purposes described in our Privacy Notice and nowhere else.
